Dr. Tony S. Tanaydin

Dr.T.  is a leading advocate and teacher of Six Sigma and data-based decision making methods.  He conducts mentoring, consulting, and a suite of Lean Six Sigma and Statistics training courses to teach quality professionals how to implement Six Sigma and other process improvement methodologies. He also serves Malcolm Baldrige Board of Examiners for healthcare industry.


Dr. Matthew Hedayat

Dr. Hedayat is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, with proven track record in people management, management of change, conflict resolution, and engineering developing consumer, medical, and commercial products for Fortune-100 companies, such as: Motorola, Philips, Johnson & Johnson, and Hewlett-Packard for the last 25 years. 


Clyde H. Parker

With international Lean Six Sigma training experience, Clyde Parker Is often featured as a keynote speaker at manufacturing conferences and conventions. His successful career as a manufacturing executive has led to an appointment on the National Board of Examiners for the Shingo Prize for Manufacturing Excellence.



J. Andrew Lauber

Andy has twenty-five years of experience in industrial management and has been a consultant for another fifteen.  He specializes in quality system implementation and management assessments to  improve efficiencies. Andy has a BS (Tufts) and an MS (MIT) in Chemical Engineering and an MBA.  He is an RAB ISO 9000 Quality System Auditor, a senior member of ASQ, and an experienced trainer and facilitator.  Andy is an examiner for the North Carolina Award for Excellence.



Dr. Derek Webb

Derek Webb is an advocate of data based decision making and industrial statistical techniques.  He conducts research, teaches, and consults on the design of experiments, metrology, process characterization and statistical process control.  Derek has publications in the field of industrial statistics and has spoken at national and international conferences.



Margaret Porter

Margaret “Margy” Porter is a strategic collaborator with the Lodestar Institute.  She founded and leads an organizational development and business advisory practice located in Cary, NC.  Margy meets individually with clients to evaluate their specific organizational, leadership, training, and coaching needs.  She follows through with design, customization and delivery of a complete program of organizational support and development with emphasis on effective culture change and effective human resource utilization.
