J. Andrew Lauber

Andy has twenty-five years of experience in industrial management and has been a consultant for another fifteen.  He specializes in quality system implementation and management assessments to  improve efficiencies. Andy has a BS (Tufts) and an MS (MIT) in Chemical Engineering and an MBA.  He is an RAB ISO 9000 Quality System Auditor, a senior member of ASQ, and an experienced trainer and facilitator.  Andy is an examiner for the NCAFE, North Carolina Award for Excellence (Malcolm Baldrige) assessment program. 

Andy has assisted over thirty firms in ISO 9000 preparation.  He teaches a local ISO 9001:2000 internal auditing class, SPC tools, problem solving tools, and Intro to Six Sigma.  Andy is an active member, organizer and speaker at local quality events.
